I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist with any requests. The included breakfast was varied and tasty. The hotel location is excellent. It's very close to the main street.
My only minor issue was that the pool area sometimes got crowded, so finding a lounger could be a bit challenging.

Amazing Stay in a Tranquil Setting

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were really good too ensure a comfortable experience. I especially liked the vegan options at the Herb Library restaurant. They had great cappuccino and iced jasmine tea! The swimming pool area was also a highlight, offering a relaxing space.
My initial room was a bit dark. It was located on the ground level. The room also had limited sunshine.

the room i received first was not good it was on the ground level. It was very DARK with literally no sunshine and a Little SMELLY. After i changed to A room on the higher floor, it was better.

The resort is very close to the main street. It only took me a minute to walk there. The staff arranged private tours. I found the resort's restaurant excellent. The swimming pools back up to a deep ravine. It was like I was out of the city.
My room was on the ground level. It was very dark and I didn't get any sunshine. It also smelled a little.
